Participation Process for the green hydrogen action plan in Chile

Chile seeks to become one of the most important international producers of green hydrogen by 2050. To this end, the country prepared an Action Plan for the sustainable development of a Green Hydrogen industry for 2023 until 2030. In 2023, EBP Chile supported the Ministry of Energy in the design and implementation of a participatory process for the Action Plan in different regions of the country. This involved the participation of the private sector, public sector, non-profit organizations, academia and civil society. In this way, concrete measures were developed for the different components of the action plan.
