Project

Integral Security Concept for the Graubünden Cantonal Administration

In accordance with the Civil Protection Act, the Swiss canton of Graubünden ensures the cantonal administration’s ability to act in the event of special and extraordinary circumstances. We supported and assisted an internal administration project team by analysing the current situation in the areas of occupational health and safety and business continuity management (BCM). Together, we outlined the "Integral Safety Administration Canton of Graubünden" concept and elaborated recommendations for implementation.
