Preparing the Administration of Glarus for a Potential Energy Shortage

We helped the canton of Glarus to develop a concept for business continuity management (BCM) for its administration. Using this concept as a guide, the canton’s Energy Shortage BCM working group had the time-critical processes and the measures to cope with the impending energy shortage updated by the departments. We then checked the results for completeness and plausibility. Together with the working group, we identified the need for action and concrete measures for the Governing Council.
